Then I walked the same client through the process of hiring a contractor, selecting new cabinets, carpets, hardware, and appliances. I then helped her decorate her newly remodeled space. The new space is open and airy feeling, and the changes made the space feel much larger.

By redesigning the bathroom, we removed an outdated Jacuzzi tub and replaced it with a walk-in shower with corner seat. This gave us room to install a much needed linen closet. The transformation was amazing.

Project Management - Local rental condo redesign and remodel

After my client's renter moved out of their rental condo, I helped them get it ready to be sold. I managed the renovation project, which involved helping them select the materials, colors, and appliances. By using my contacts and resources, I was able to help my clients save time and money on this project. They were able to list the condo on the market within one month of starting the project.
